I am blown away. You are so good and so down to earth. I love that.
Absoutly beautiful !! I own an embroidery machine and my husband bought me a sewing machine for Christmas this year too....I never thought of embroidering on the material , then quilting it and making a beautiful quilt out of it.... You do beautiful work...
Leona,
I absolutely LOVE your work!!! Do you do the heirloom on your regular sewing machine or is that a technique you can do on the long arm? I am fascinated by heirloom quilting. Thank you so so much for sharing!

Jennifer, This was for a client. The second one like it for her. Her daughter lover the one I did for her so much, she collected all her vintage pillow cases and sewed them together and had me quilt it for her.
What a unique project. It must have been really interesting to do the quilting on that. Do you know if one person did all the embroidery, or if it was a collection?
Dear Jennifer, Those ARE Vintage pillowcases! My client sent them all pieced together. THANKS for the complements!
Leona - Wow! Thanks for sharing. Some of that embroidery reminds me of the old pillowcase and tablecloth kits. Love, Love, LOVE the quilting you did on that!
