You know Tea, it took me a good two weeks to figure this site out.  I have never used anything like it and was totally confused.  Adding photos took me the longest.  But for me it's well worth it since I'm home all day (a back injury; had to quit my job about 6 years ago; that's when I started quilting).  I'm so glad quilting happened to enter my life; I don't sew and was never interested in quilts, so it was just a fluke that I made that very first quilt.  And then to find out quilting is in a world of it's own.  I feel like I belong to one huge group and I'm really enjoying it.  It's bad enough that I'm stuck home most of the time, but my friends gradually disappeared as well, so it's kind of lonely.  My husband works and goes to school full-time, so I hardly ever see him.  Anyway, I'm just so thankful I found this place!  I hope you'll enjoy it here as much as I do.

Hi Tina!  I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon.  I joined this site at the end of April and I'm really enjoying it now that I've found my way around.  I joined several groups right off the bat so I could get to know others  Everyone is so friendly and helpful!  I've been quilitng for almost 6 years and enjoy machine piecing and quilting.  I'm in a small town without any guilds, quilting groups or classes, so I came here so I could meet others.  A virtual guild is better than none at all!

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and welcome!
