Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.
I've enjoyed studying, teaching and exhibiting both traditional and contemporary quiltmaking for nearly 30 years. I love bright colors, strong graphic images, good design and use of innovative techniques. I also make/donate infant visual stimulation quilts called 'Stim Quilts.' Artists who have most influenced me include Nancy Crow and Roy Lichtenstein.
How many quilts have you made?
Quite a few, in all sizes; I stopped counting at 150.
Do you want to make quilts, or simply enjoy them?
How long have you been a quilter?
30 years
What is your favorite quilting technique?
I especially enjoy working with fusibles, collage, dyes & inks, thread painting.
Why do you quilt?
It is a great creative outlet and I love the people I meet.
Do you have a website?
