Cathy, I live in North Carolina. You are way...way...to the North of me! The farthest North I have lived was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but I've also lived in Florida. I like it here in between.
Yes Cathy, you too! We are going to be short on the chantrelle mushroom harvest as well as the huckle berries this year also! Need the rain! Happy quilting!
Thank you, Cathy. That small wall quilt was exhibited at the AQS show in Paducah this past year. I have a large one from the same pattern, but it's not quilted yet. I'm watching your quilt photos on your page, and I love your quilts. The horses and the moose--wow! Also love the flowers. You have a wide range of skill.
Do you live on Vancouver Island? It sounds like Merideth went thru the My Quilt Place photos to find us wall flowers!!! I have entered into the Washington State fair and gotten Blue ribbons but I always wanted one of the pretty ribbons that look like rosettes!!!! Best in show would be nice!!LOL!! Some day! Congrats on being invited hope we all get in! That makes 4 in our group so far!! Wouldn't it be fun if we got into the AQS show and could meet!!!!
