- When asked, "I am a Quilter"! That is how I describe myself. It's what I do, it is my focus. I have developed my own style, I am self taught. "Quilt By The Mile", "Jibbles & Bits" & "Century Log Cabin" are my own inventions and I try to incorporate them in all my Quilts.

To "Stash" or Not to "Stash"

I read Elizabeth's blog about her Mother's stash.
I feel totally different. When I go into my Studio, just seeing my fabric "Stash" inspires me. I live in North Little Rock, Arkansas and at this moment we are without any handy Quilt Shops. Because of my stash, I can walk in and start or finish a project at 2:30 a.m. if I want to. I don't have to plan a 'road trip' to buy fabric. Every fabric that I love is here. I've made sure of that!
