Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.

I live in rural northcentral Arkansas. I've been quilting/sewing for many years. I love fabric! I'm the poster child for "fabricholic". Most of my friends just shake their heads when we get near a fabric shop. But I also enjoy all needlework...applique, embroidery, crochet and I can knit(not purl)and I would like to learn beading and boutis. I'm married, have five children and 11 grandchildren. I garden, bake and read. My other love is "how-to books and am pretty much self-taught in everything I do.

About 25 years.

What is your favorite quilting technique?

I don't know what you mean...I machine piece and hand-quilt.

Why do you quilt?

I think mainly because I love fabric and it is a good way to use it but still always have it. Like having my cake and eating it, too
