"Be still my heart" is what I said when I heard about this exhibit. I have my own red and white quilt collection, but this is amazing and so out of the box! I organized a red and white quilt show with our Redwork Group in St. Charles, Missouri some years ago and there is nothing like seeing all the red and white graphics in one room!!

I don't think I'll make it to New York, but if any of the Quilt Place viewers get to see it, I hope you share your experience with us!

Happy birthday, Ann!  I hope you have a wonderful day!

I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon.  I joined this site at the end of April and I'm really enjoying it now that I've found my way around!  Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

I've been quilting for almost 6 years and now I mostly quilt for charity.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and happy birthday!

Hi Ann - let's make this a very active site for quilters. Feel free to add a redwork group to the site and I'll be the first to join you.

Welcome Quilters! is brought to you entirely free as a service of the American Quilter's Society. We hope you enjoy meeting one another and sharing your experience and expertise. Enjoy!
