Well I know what I'm going to be doing all  week. Cleaning from all my marathon sewing for christmas.             the Girls recieved thier presents and they were thrilled. #1. is my kitchen_-my sewing area is the nook at the end of my kitchen. everyone see's it when they come in the back door and the front door I'll take a pic ure of it as all my machines are out here. . One nieghbor said how can you sew in this mess?. I have to have it neat. So now I'm putting in cafe doors so you can't see the sewing when you arein the living room. Clean room 2 . It has the Ironing Board ,Design wall and Iron. The next is putting all the material back. I know this will take me thru Sunday.

last evening my daughter and I went to a  sew night with the Sacramento Modern Quilt Guild. A delightful group of ladies.  We had fun and even got some sewing done on a current project. We met in Lincoln, CA.  When we got to Lincoln there was a farmer's market going on also.  We bought fresh peaches and the biggest black berries that I have ever seen or ate. Yummmmm!  But Lincoln is a quaint little town with a long history. The nice lady named Katie is opening a quilt shop there in September. Though the weather was quite warm we had a great time. the business meeting is this Saturday in Folsom,CA.  The Sacramento Quilt guild is also an on line group. Happy Quilting

I'm just wondering if there could be a group for thread addicts; those who love thread, thread painting, etc.?

Welcome Quilters!

MyQuiltPlace.com is brought to you entirely free as a service of the American Quilter's Society. We hope you enjoy meeting one another and sharing your experience and expertise. Enjoy!
