Quilt or Visit Quilt Sites - That is the Question

So, like my Quilt Place friend Briget, I start looking at quilt sites and can't stop. i stayed up late on night this week perusing Fons and Porter, All People Quilt, and about 4 others. I hadn't been on for awhile. I have decided to visit once a month (not on the same night) to keep updated so i won't have to read and read and read. Plus it will give my printer a rest since I still like hard copies of most things. That is because I use my desktop and my laptop so I would have items saved on both computers. I guess I could use a flash drive and have it all on the desktop. Something to think about - going green and better organized.  Would love to hear the organizational techniques of others.

YIKES!  Organizational techniques???  I went from being a total control-neat freak to being a chaotic slob!  I'm not sure exactly how it happened, but here I am...surrounded by papers!!!  I have several notebooks devoted to all things quilt related, and I have piles of the same waiting to go into notebooks.  Problem is, I've come across duplicates!  Now that's the worst!  There is just way too much information out there, and for an information junkie like myself I feel helpless to stop the madness!
