Well, here is the middle of November and I am at 99 for the year.  I have three customer quilts to finish, three Peppermint Twist orders to fill, and 21 more UFOs to get done all by end of year.  God is good and He has not let me down so far.  I know that there is an end to this task and I must stay on track to get there.  I have so appreciated the encouragement and wonderful comments on the quilts I have completed thus far.  Now to move forward some more.

So funny Riana, bored after retiring?  What is retirement anyway?  I may get there someday.  Told DH that I just want to get home from "having" to work.  Would be so nice.  Then I would have so much more time to get these projects done.  Could do the more intricate patterns then and make nothing but show quilts to enter and customer quilts to quilt.

Yep, next year will be scrapbooking projects.  need to get on those.  Have one child caught up, second nearly done except her graduation photos from three years ago and college is coming up, then one that has graduated then one coming up to graduation.  I want them done before something happens to me so they have their treasures.  What fun it will be reminicing of all the good days with kids at home.

Well, 7/wk. is a pretty tall order, you do after all want to actually enjoy Christmas. You've done a fantastic job! I understand you do scrapbooking as well. I admire folks who do that...my youngest has complained that my oldest has a complete baby book, my second has a somewhat thinner version, but hers is empty pages with stuff thrown in loose. Anyway, now that she has 3,she understands, but somehow, with help of computer has managed to stay on top of events with scrapbooks, or "life books" as she calls them.

You're an inspiration to all of us struggling with New Yr. resolutions. As for me, I'm slowly picking away at knitting projects and needlework from my hope chest's "retirement pile". I can't believe I once actually thought I'd get bored after retiring LOL!
