Glad to know those patterns are still available, they are part of our history. The picture you posted look as if it was a column from a newspaper, which was one way women used to be supplied with pattern ideas.  I'm sure you knew that.

I have all the blocks in a book called 5,500 quilt block designs, by Maggie Malone. The copyright is 2003 so you might still be able to find copies of it, I'd try amazon and ebay.

Debra,  If you are looking for patterns for these blocks, try searching "Quilt world Bible quilt blocks" on the internet. I just tried this and found several sites that offer free patterns.  Good luck.
