Is there a way to block all these adds on the blog area???????
As you will recall, last year at this time I was frantically quilting the 15 Christmas quilts in my year long project and hardly had time to breathe, let alone do anything else. Well, 2014 has been radically different and as I look back on 2013, I am amazed at how different two years can…Continue
I had a superb time at the Chattanooga Quilt Show, my first quilt show in the USA and my first retail therapy for the longest time. Even so, I spent very little, partly because there was so much on offer. A man tried to sell me a BIG long-arm quilting machine but I explained that it wouldn't fit into my boat. Then CPS made a surprise visit and saw that they had food and the house was clean. They have been working with…Continue

I have the same reaction to Christmas fabrics but there's more Allspice involved..lol.. Anyway, my co-worker has a 1930's theme for her nursery so who better to show up for…Continue
The last time I was on here Nov. 2012. Wow! Time really does fly! In January 2013 I moved to New Mexico and started a new career as a Nursing Home Administrator. Not only did I move, but lived here the first year and a half without husband or animals. I am delighted to say, I am no longer alone and have settled in together quite nicely. In fact, Tuesday will be our 30th anniversary!
I have to say during that time alone, I spent many hours being comforted by discovering new quilt…Continue
