Inspiring Quilters, Stitch by Stitch
I don't post very often, or check very often, but I'm happy to be your friend.
Sue, Your package is going out today....tracking #9405511899561574990971
Why they need that many numbers is beyond me.
Hugs.
Sue, your quilting is very unique. I love the one with the trees in the border and the one with the snowman, skis, and sled. Both are adorable. And I recognize your rr row! I loved doing my row for that quilt. And the sofa...what can I say except I love it!! Did you quilt the fabric that went on it? If you did, I am truly impressed!!!!!!!
Hugs.
Thanks, Sue! I love your profile pic. Are you sewing with that treadle? I have one, too, but it doesn't get much use.
Hi Sue, Welcome!! Your quilts are beautiful and your reupholstered couch is amazing.
Take off you shoes and make yourself at home.
Sorry Sue, I missed your post but I had been out for a long time as I had a back to back neck surgery, and Carla Walton was taking over the postings and she does not get my personal feeds and postings. Thanks for responding to my welcome. We are a great group, come join in. The swappers are always willing to see new postings. The group is always doing something either a Jewel Box quilt or Blooming Nine. Some of the gals are starting some of the projects consisting of the twister tool. Come on in and check out the ideas and projects. You may even want to join in on the projects.
Hi Sue, never enough friends, love our quilts they are all so different yet so beautifully put together. Do you do your own quilting or send it out to a long are quilter. I use one quite often until I get this free motion quilting down pat. I also practice my paper piecing using Carol Doak's book of 50 stars. Fabric is my passion.
Of course a new friend, one with modern ideas!
...and lots of quilt shops too.
Hi Sue, I was just watching your photos...very interesting. I love the quilt with barn and trees...very creative. Was it for a girl? I noticed all the lace. Cute touch. Look forward to getting to know you better. Too bad you don't live in Ohio so we could get together. I like to meet more creative people so I can learn new techniques. I'm getting more creative in my old age. Hugs.
