I'm not posting this to offend cat lovers but I think you should be aware of your quilts collecting fine cathair. When I quilt other peoples baby quilts I go over it with a sticky roller to remove lint and needless to say I can always tell when the person has a cat,it is filled with fine cathair.I would not want to give this as a gift to a baby without it being washed when it comes back from the quilter.People are probably not aware of this so maybe you would consider this.

Hi Pat... thank you.
Pat... the one that gave me the most trouble was the red rectangle one in the upper left of the quilt. Really enjoy seeing your pictures. Thanks for posting.
Hi Pat. I love your one block wonder with the cube. Looks like you chose great fabric for the kaleidoscopes. Please post pictures of the rest.
Hi Pat. I posted the fabric from the one block wonder. I did a stack' n whack a while ago and didn't like it. Recently a friend told me you could make the cubes and other geometric shapes in the one block wonder. I was hooked.
Hi Pat, my goodness you make beautiful quilts. I hope you add me to your contacts. So we can chat soon. Julie Beard.
Sorry to be so "silent" I don't go on here very often! When I do, I can't seem to get anything done! (grin) Thanks for the 'friend' request!
Hi Pat, If you need doll inspiration, try the address that Hope posted on the Foreign Doll Swap site. All they need is flattening. Mary
Have also found that "Graceful Dancers"
also featured on American Quilters magazine cover, for January 2012.
Hello again Pat, just googled the Quilt Festival and found the artist - Janneke de Vries- Bodzinga. It was the winner of the Pictorial Quilts Section, the title of the piece is
"Graceful Dancers", all free-motion quilted with a variety of threads, silks, cottons and hand dyed fabrics, together with metallic threads - no painting.
Hi Pat,
Re: Dancers
The photo's that I posted today were from the B'ham Festival of Quilts, in England.
The beauty of this quilt and the graceful dancers caught my eye and just had to post it - not my work. Have been frantically looking through the catalogue to find the artist, but no clues yet. As soon as I find it Ipromise to get back to you.
