- Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.
- I've been sewing for a long time, but just recently got back into it. I wanted to learn free-motion quilting so I took a class, and now I'm addicted. I've joined 2 quilds, a sewing group, and take lots of classes, as I get so inspired. Love to create!

- Never counted them, many thru the years
- Do you want to make quilts, or simply enjoy them?
- Both!
- How long have you been a quilter?
- Free motion quilting is new to me, now I look back at my older quilts and want to redo them all!!
- What is your favorite quilting technique?
- I love art quilts and free motion quilting, creating a quilt as I go
- Why do you quilt?
- I love the creative process. I love the "me" time.

Hello Suzanne, welcome to MQP. Hope you enjoy the site. There is a lot to see, things to inspire you, fun groups to join (I see you found some) and friends to meet.
You'll learn a lot on this site, Suzanne:) l was new to free motion when l joined. Now l have a midarm as well as my Janome 6500. But you don't need fancy equipment...just enjoy the process of learning. You also don't need to "join" a group to view the posts in them ( only if you wish to comment), so you can gleen info from it all. l believe Rogue quilter left info for help navigating this site in the " forum" section( look along top bar).
