Profile Information

Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.
I am a beginner quilter that caught the "auilting bug" from my older sister Pat. She began teaching me and my other sister how to quilt about 6 summers ago. I love it. My sister and I go to Pat's every summer and we spend the time we are there quilting. It is one of the most relaxing hobbies a person can have.
How many quilts have you made?
Do you want to make quilts, or simply enjoy them?

How long have you been a quilter?
About 5 years
What is your favorite quilting technique?
No idea. I just see a pattern and buy it.
Why do you quilt?
to help me stay on track for weight loss.

Happy birthday, Liz~I hope you have a wonderful day!

I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon.  I joined this site back in April in hopes of meeting other quilters.  I'm in a small town and don't have any real life quilting friends.  Once I joined some of the groups it was much easier meeting people; everyone has been so friendly and helpful!

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and happy birthday!
