Hi Everyone,

WOW!  I came home from grocery shopping (arghhhhh!) and found no less than 9 responses to my UFO & FMQ posts.  Terrific ideas and support.  Thanks!!!  Namaste', Linda

Hi, Neighbor.  Thanks for reaching out.  I am fairly new to this new adventure of quilting.  Are you involved in any of the local guilds?  I have not ventured into that area.  I've taken a couple of classes at Nuts 'N Bolts.  I quilt using the domestic free-motion method, and I'm envious of your longarm machine.

Honoured, Linda. I read you're dabbling in longarm quilting , are you learning on someone elses machine, or do you own a midarm or longarm? Frame or table?

Hi Linda!  I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon.  I joined this site at the end of April and I'm really enjoying myself.  Everyone is so friendly and helpful!  It took me a few weeks to figure everything out; it was confusing to me at first because I've never been to a site like this before.

I've been quilting for almost 6 years and have made a lot of quilts to make up for lost time...I never learned to sew and it was a fluke that I made a quilt.  I was 45.  After I finished that first one I was hooked!  I made them for all of my family members and now I mainly quilt to donate and sell.  I enjoy donating to children's charities; I love using bright and kiddie fabrics.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and welcome!
