Hello Leah, I personally do not know anything about quilting frames. The quilt in the pic looks like it is being hand quilted? There is a list of all the groups on the home page, one of the groups is hand quilting. If you join the group you could ask if they know anything about it. There are a couple of members in that group that I am friends with and they know quite a lot about hand quilting and the frames. Once you join the group you could post the pics there. You might also check with any local quilt shops to see if they know of anyone who could help you. I love the quilt in the pictures, it very pretty.
