So...how was the Viking camp out?
Thanks, Kris for the Friend request. I'd love to! Been checking out your pictures. Looks like you have a fun life and your quilts are great!
oooops!! I accepted you twice. LOL
Love your pic Kris. Can tell your an animal lover as well as a quilt lover.
thank you Kris, some of the quilts on my page is of the local quilt shows.
i love the hand quilting but the older i get i am loosing my ability to do it. I've worked in a meat arket for many years and the hard work, tough, heavy boxes and cold air has given my arthritis in my fingers. makes it difficult at times to hand sew. but still do it as much as possible.
Love your tent poles. We used to live in Lake Arrowhead, and so went to the one that moved from above L.A. to San Bernardino. We competed dressed as nobles and got honorable mention. Not bad, as the other folk used Hollywood costumers. I spent $100. on materials for both of us-mostly at thrift stores.
My sister and I are ridiculously proud of being 1/2 Norwegian, so she attended a Viking Fair in San Diego a year or so ago. She reported a grand time, if sometimes rowdy.
