Single dad of two adopted sons--both with special needs. I started quilting in 1995. I still love to hand quilt, but do most by machine these days. Live outside Chicago.

hi kevin! i have not seen your posts before this. saw you had joined the mystery group. i would soooo love to have the time...so afraid to commit and then another year like this one has been. read some posts by members i swap groups about people who do 't follow thru. i agree w all they said. and DON'T want to be like thos they posted about. i am a very serious person when it comes to commitment. sorta cuts down on adventures & fun tho lollol

?i started going thru members on the "quilters" lonk...didn't make ot to you...hmmm..maybe i will cng setting to oldest join not most re ent. ..:))

Welcome Kevin. I think it is great that you are making quilts for the group home that you visited. I also have been using EQ for a long time. I wish that I had more time to use it. How old are your sons? Do they like to help you with your quilting? My husband and I have 3 sons, all of them are adults. Do you have any photos of your quilts?
