Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.
I am retired, and have been quilting about 25 years-I am self taught. I have a long arm but have not used it much. I really enjoy paper piecing am currently working on Glacier star by Judy Niemeyer-hardest part for me is color choices. I have 3 dogs 2 maltese and a yorkie who enjoy my quilting in my studio. They sit on fabric,storage boxes and vacant shelves. Looking down at the 3 questions makes me think that maybe I will keep this one.
How many quilts have you made?
That is hard to answer. There have been so many.
Do you want to make quilts, or simply enjoy them?
I love making them and seeing other quilters work.
How long have you been a quilter?
I started quilting about 25 years ago. I found it to be totaling consuming. Collecting fabric, books, patterns and of course the work itself.
What is your favorite quilting technique?
Why do you quilt?
It is a passion for me-the collecting fabrics-the color section on a quilt. But most important the learning process that never stops
