Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.
I have been quilting for about 8 years I think. I have way too much "stash" and way too little room for all of my stuff. I have a longarm but am not proficient at it yet. I also draw, paint, crochet, embroider....mostly by machine. I have been married for 41 yrs, have 2 daughters, 2
grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
Oh yeah, I'm fat, dumb and sassy!

Happy birthday, Cynthia~I hope you have a wonderful day!

I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon.  It's small town without a guild or any quilting groups, so I came here in hopes of meeting other quilters.  At first it was hard getting to know people, but once I joined some of the groups it was much easier; everyone has been so friendly and helpful!

I've been quilting for 6 years.  I never learned to sew until I made that first quilt and I was hooked from there.  I too have way too much stash and I've pretty much run out of room.  I also have a frame that a hardly ever use; it's just such a hassle to get it loaded.  It's one of those things I just had to have and I wish I hadn't have been so hasty.  Anyway, I enjoy piecing and machine quilting; I'm trying to learn applique, but it doesn't really seem to get me excited like regular piecing does.

Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and happy birthday!
