I came across a couple old photos and scanned them to post here, so they are not good. But I thought they might spark some ideas for anyone thinking about making a small art quilt gift for a teacher or school staff member. The center block on the spools and log cabin is a purchased print (ages ago) but any thing could be added to the center to personalize it.

Having tried to teach, they need all the love you can give.  They become good quilters after retirement.
