Another String quilt! I think this is my oldest UFO and when trying to remember when I started it, I am too ashamed to tell you how long it has been a WIP, but it's done and I am sending it to my Gr'daughter for Christmas this year! Beth did some beautiful quilting to dress it up wonderfully!

Thanks, Riana! OMGosh! Yes, real applique' would have legitimized the time it took to complete, but I don't have that excuse! LOL

Oh it's fabric already printed ? I thought it was all applique ! Still a great looking quilt :-))

Thank you, Rogue, and good to hear from you! Yes, floral strip or border fabric is what this is and that was my plan, too, and I finally accomplished it.

i love this. i love row quilts like this. i buy prints like this w floral columns that i want to put w verticle columns of pieced blocks ..you're an inspiration!  :))  maybe when i can sit & sew again, this will be one of my first projects

I love that Ginny! You just gave me an idea for a pretty floral stripe i have had several years with no coordinating fabric! I can do some scraps nickles like this@! Thank you@

It wasn't all that difficult - I think there was some subconscious connecting to what was going on in my life that put it on stall! I hope she likes it!
