This Oblong Shawl was made using Crochet-in-the-Round methods, using two different yarns in alternating rounds. These methods are taught in the class, Crochet In The Round, Make An Oblong Shawl. The same methods can be used to make a thinner scarf, or a shorter placemat, or a small mug rug. This shawl was made for a very close friend who loves purple. My own design.
