Not a UFO, but a good finish using some left over blocks from a quilt made last year. Embroidered designs of baby animals and four Umbrella Girls. Then appliqued Rose of Sharon flowers and vine. Used a border quilting technique from Bethanne Nemesh book "Smack Down Sampler". Turned out wonderful, the ribbons are Third Place WSQ 2016 and Best of Category Quilting. Very excited.
