I used variegated threads in the quilting and made some reflections of light in the water.

I've been there! The color on color quilting is the pits but necessary sometimes.

All the tiny loop da loos/circles held the confetti in place when I cut the tulle into branch/foliage shapes. Then I quilted the same way - tiny circles.  It was hard quilting because I had trouble seeing what I was doing... lol. Black loops over black loops = headache. :)
