Ladies, get well !!

Colleen, I realize you might not see this, but I sure hope you heal fast. Are you at home or in rehab?

Kathy, I hope all is better now.

Beth, I love the dress you made, so pretty !!

Kathy, I am sorry you have these health issues. I know you keep doing all you can to feel better and deal with each new challenge that comes your way.

I started following Keto now, It has helped me feel much better and have more energy, and I have lost a few pounds. I will get excited when 10 pounds are off, then I will only have 60 to go, not sure how this all happened. I am enjoying my new treadmill, it is so quite. It is a Spirit, I developed Planters Fascitis, about 3 months ago, it is so painful-- one reason for trying to get the weight off.  I am trying not to allow it to slow me down, but it does. I am getting some shoes soon that are supposed to help- so I am thrilled !  If I had the money, I would go get surgery though.

Colleen, prayers for a complete recovery. You and Carla both had accidents, seems to be an epidemic...and snow / ice season hasn't  even begun yet!

Kathy , you look after family first...we're here if you need to vent or a shoulder to cry on.

Colleen and Kathy, you both are in my prayers.

I haven't been checking in much myself due to health problems. Had my first nerve block last week and was doing great until I bent over to put dishes in the dishwasher. I went yesterday for a series of xrays to determine if I have a compression fracture in the lumbar vertebrae. Waiting to hear results and if I'll be able to get the next nerve block next week.

Wow, Beth! You sure have been a busy bee! The dress is awesome. New job? Besides quilting and sewing??

Beth, I hope you will post better photos when you have time.  Do we know what your new job is?  Keep breathing.
