OK ladies, so far I see that Pam and Ruth have posted their July Impossible Mission mug rug pictures.  If anyone else is entering this challenge your pictures need to be posted by August 15th.

The prize for this challenge is something to get your creative juices flowing.  It is 2 packages of Keepsake Quilting diamond precuts.  This may be something to take many of you out of your comfort zone, but what fun they can be.  Each one can be used to make a tablerunner or wallhanging.  I hope whoever wins this makes something spectacular from them.

Mary, don't forget to take time for yourself.  Being a caregiver is very hard work and without taking time for yourself, there is a tendency to become resentful and depressed.  Taking care of yourself is more important than your role as a caregiver.  Best of Luck, I am thinking about you and wishing you the best.

Barbara, it is not too late to enter your mug rug.  You have until August 15th to post your entry.  Good luck, I can't wait to see what everyone has come up with.  Kathy

I've been off MQP since July 10th, due to a bug in the network. They had to give me a password to get on. I could not connect on my own. The bug is still being corrected. I've missed being able to vote and put in my mug rug but that is OK. I loved seeing the rugs that Pam and Ruth did. 'm sure their SSS will really enjoy them.

Hi Guys,

PT working with Paul.  I am a little over whelmed with this caregiver job!  Good thing my box is almost full.

Ginny, that sounds like fun.  We had a shop here called Little Quilts and it was one of my favorite shops, but she retired last year and closed down.  I was so hoping that someone else would buy it and keep it open.  It was very unique and had lots of different things that you couldn't find anywhere else.  I enjoy looking, but have not tried to do any myself yet, but since I have an 18 month old granddaughter, I think doll bed quilts might be in my future soon.

I went to a smallish Q show yesterday and had to pick up a couple of things for my SS. I think I did good! Had fun enjoying the eye candy, too! Never discount a small show! Those gals were very creative!
