If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Elizabeth - hang in there.  I feel for you and wish I lived close enough to come hug you, but the thought will have to do.

Riana - I really like the orange exotic quilt, because I like the center motif!  Good work on all of them.

Yesterday l mounted another nursing home quilt in the frame, but spent the day making this play dress for my 4 yr old grandd in Calif. She loves cats.

I don't go to the Gallery hardly at all.  I will check it out, Zoe.

Your basket quilt is cue as can be, all are very nice that one caught my attention, I just was being lazy today and not posting much.

The electrician came today, they were here for hours. The room that I use as an office and current sewing room, it was awkward to turn off the light , so I had them add another switch by the bathroom door.. I love it ! However, I had to pull out everything out of my closet where my quilt things are stored as that was how they got up into the attic. I took a late nap thinking it would allow me to clean up ( it is 2 am as I write) but no desire has sparked.

I was inspired to go do yard work, but the inspiration only lasted till I thought about the actual work, then I just called and talked to my cousin instead.. that was easier.

Work on the cabinets are at a stand still as the contractor is ill. I think he is a nice guy, but until I see something in progress I have been a little uneasy. I told him too.

Riana, I don't often think about looking at the Gallery, but you are right they are inspiring. the last group I was on prior to here, I really enjoyed. I am so glad Linda showed me this group when the other one was taken down with no warning. All of our conversations and pictures were gone, it was sad.

Thankyou Linda, Liz and Barbara...and Ginny ( you commented on my picture post). Don't most of you even see the home page? I used to have new posts notices sent via email...then you went straight to the group where comment was made. Not seeing home page has a person missing out on the new photos in gallery, announcements and interesting discussions on other groups. I stopped email notices because my email at the time got hacked...l suspect from this site (5 yr ago).

Linda, wouldn't your phone would get confused if 2 happened to speak at once? I remember the only meeting l took part in using my had multi windows. Maybe on a phone or regular computor it's different. I was emailed a link for the meeting...l guess there may be an app , but my tablet's getting " old". Yep...after 3 yr., you start losing the " trial time" and things stop working. I've lost my ability to print to my printer ( printer's too " old" for updates, and Google playstore. It quit running, and so l must go thru pinterest or other sites to view you tube . I just hate how these companies force you to pay extra for things you already had, or you must buy the newest device.

Good Luck, Dee! I am sure you've got this!

Such a wonderful thing to look forward to, Linda! I am so glad you are going ahead with a new furry friend.

Elizabeth, sounds like you are managing okay. You are in my thoughts. Take it easy on yourself.  I follow a gal in Iowa - her blog is called Jo's Country Junction. She is a recent widow and it may be something you would enjoy and relate with.
