If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

That's not a great job, Mary...she had some tension issues. However, tearing them out and restitching one small section of a pantograph is extremely difficult to line up, and may end up looking worse. Just dab the pokies w/ red permanent marker. They don't effect the wear of the quilt.

This is the variegated thread of the top showing on the back.  The back thread is a pale purple.  There are no outright snags, but lots of these blips.

Is this acceptable from a paid long arm quilter? She says she gave the Fire auxiliary a good price at $172.37.  She supplied the cotton batting and quilting thread. I did top, backing and the binding work.

I have never used a long arm, or looked at a solid color back after one was used.

This is what I've been working on. It's starting to look like something. Even with all the L&E 4 patches I've done ahead, I have run out and have to make more before more block assembly can happen! :c))
