If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Barbara, keep safe and warm!! I'm so glad I left Ohio this year! I would not have survived that vortex. Wish I could send you some Tucson warmth. This morning is all clouds. I haven't checked the weather yet, but my joints say rain.

The temp today in Oshkosh is -24 and the wind chill is at -50 dangerously cold. BRRRRRRRR! The water froze over night in the bathroom even though we had a dribble streaming out all night. But the kitchen was okay.

Catching up on all the news .. have been working hard on finishing kits for Quilts of Valor Sew Day which is this Saturday. I so wanted to be 'done' before this week but things keep getting turned in to me.  Am finishing two panel kits with a center panel + borders, complete with border and binding, and a girl turned in a kit today and had squared the blocks down 1/2" smaller than they should be. So will have to adjust the instructions .. no biggie.

Congratulations Elizabeth ~ she is adorable ! Off to bed for me as I am just whipped .. got some star parts cut and sewn, squaring will have to be tomorrow ..

Nite all ~

Thank you, all, for your good wishes.  I think that she is doing well for being born so early.  This morning I have my quilt sandwiched and I'll start quilting soon.

Congratulations on the new Great Grand Daughter, Elizabeth.  I have a GGD named Layla.  Love the name Olivia as well, I also have a Scarlett as in Gone With the Wind.  Her Mama said she wanted her to be strong, I hope not so devious though.

Yes, Riana I am back at it.  Less space in sewing room that before, but do have a nice big closet in there.  Lots of space to organize and hang UFOs so that I can see them.  That way they're not packed away somewhere out of sight, out of mind.

Thank you Barbara and Carla.  My grand daughter's partner likes to take such close ups that my photos of the new baby only show parts of heads.
