If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Linda, you MUST remember to sit on your hands when you go to those meetings.  I have gotten my self in the same kind of trouble that way.

No Gail nothing yet. I went to last month's Bd of Directors meeting and foolishly raised my hand! The fabric came in the other day. Today I started making the Copper Crest (name of the development I live in) flag. Perhaps this project will get me motivated to tackle my UFOs.

Barbara, you make me wish I had an embroidery machine!

Riana, hope you are feeling better.  It seems like  a lot of people have been sick with flu like symptoms.  The other day I was in the CVS pharmacy and I heard the pharmacy clerk say that they were running out of Z-packs and other anti-biotics.  Half of my family has been sick with stomach viruses or or other assorted infections.  I can't remember a winter this bad with sicknesses.

Barbara, you are really going with that embroidery machine.  Love the table runner and the sweatshirt. So pretty!

Linda I think all your work in your sewing/living room certainly counts as a big UFO, maybe two.  Have you done any thing on those things you put next to the sewing machine yet?  Just asking!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Riana, I love how you take orphan blocks and turn them into beautiful quilts!

Barbara, another gorgeous table runner!

Gail, it's taken me 3 months to get to the point of putting things on the wall...and, yes I think that should count at UFOs!!!!!!

Thanks Riana. Your new orphan quilt is beautiful. It is amazing what you can come up with starting with 7 orphan blocks. Great work!!

Spent most of the last couple of days sleeping...but did manage to handsew binding down on this one.I started with 7 orphan blocks from the ufo box our group keeps at the sewing room. Then l made flying geese , checkered fill.A lucky fabric find was a piece of the same butterfly fabric used in one of the blocks.
