If you're a REAL quilter, you have at least one UFO (unfinished object) and one WIP (work in progress) stashed in the closet or stacked on a shelf. Maybe you just need quilting suggestions, or maybe a fresh eye from a new online friend can help with block arrangements. How about a UFO swap? Any UFO conversation is welcome.

Hi Mary,

Amazing socks!  My daughter makes them like you - different colours for each foot.

Got an email from Rogue! She's suffering accute back pain, but isn't one to complain...not much sewing getting done, a little gardening...hanging in there.

Linda, l hope you find a buyer for your house quickly so you can move in fall instead of winter.

Wow, Mary, that's an amazingly intricate pattern , especially while turning heels etc. on are an amazing knitter. You have inspired me to look up my sock pattern (for plain simple ones )for my dd's birthday in late Sept. If l was to start this week, l might just barely get a pr. done. She is the only one l knit socks for, as she really appreciates the work in them and uses them with boots in winter.

THE first pair of socks.

The safety pins show the required repeats.

This is as scary as competing a quilt.  Hope they pass review.

Yes, this is all one ball of yarn.

Miss Rogue too! Sending prayers her way.

Mary sorry I missed you! My heart is leading me to Grass Valley, so hopefully I'll be living there before too long. How far is San Juan from there? Talked to the realtor this morning and said we have to make it happen. She's calling my daughter-in-law and I Ruth and Naomi. Got all the paperwork to get pre-approved for the home loan. The 2 loan officers I talked to were very positive since I'm selling a house here.

Riana, I just love your orphan quilt! Some of those blocks remind me of your wwwwrr quilt.

I miss Rogue! I hope he rback stops hurting long enough for her to say " hi." I'm sure everyone here wishes the same.

Finished! This one spent a long time on the design wall, getting rearranged as l found more orphans , parts and bits of blocks to add...then l made new parts, mostly applique & fussy cuts to blend in.

Mary...sock it to me! ( Were any of you " Hee haw" fans? Lol!)

Linda sounds like your grandd takes after you:-)) Good luck trying to downsize all your household gadgets maybe, books and knicknacks as well , but not the sewing gear!
