This challenge will have ZERO swapping in it. It is strictly created to try to get some finishes on our swap blocks!  You may join in at any time and you can finish any number of quilts  or other projects you wish in each quarter but the hope is to complete at least one each quarter!

Here is how it works:

* sign up quarterly. This will prompt you to have accountability!

*make goals!! Be willing to post your goals each quarter and do your best to follow through!

* choose your blocks for the quarter! It can be blocks we have swapped or even ones you have just had setting around forever!

* be prepared!  Whether it is scrappy or perfectly chosen have it ready to go. Choose a setting!

*share ideas to help others move forward! Sometimes the hardest part of this is deciding on a setting. Let's help each other by sharing ideas!

* be prepared to post progress and hopefully pictures if you are able!

* the main goal is to get all the way to a finished quilt!! Binding and all! Or if you prefer you may use the blocks to complete some other project such as table runners, place settings or bed runners.

But even if you are only able to get to the quilt top stage at least it's not a pile of blocks!!

             ************** HAVE FUN!! *************

This is the main thing! When it stops being fun you stop making progress! Lets keep it fun. You never know I may add prizes in here at some point!

Well I was laid up from many surgeries that put a lot of projects on hold then hubby got I’ll. I still have some finishing to do but yes I am a doer.

Lol I figured that out!  I was especially impressed that time you remade all the embroidery swap blocks you lost.  Did they ever turn up?

I've been down with flu for about a week.  Did manage to pick out a new backing for the teal quilt.  Now to get it sandwiched and start the quilting. Probably won't get much done this month as we are leaving for a golf vacation this weekend and will be gone for a week.

Keep working everyone, and stay healthy.

Have fun, Melanie!

Thank you Melanie! You have fun and keep on keeping on!!

I have my first complete finish for the year. Kyoto Garden is bound and in the washer right now. It will go on my bed tonight! One down...uncounted numbers to go.lol

Good good for you, Chris.  Kind of a Valentines present to yourself.

Btw, Happy Valentines Day, everyone.

Want to see it! Picture please

I'll post a picture when I get home later. It was still in the dryer when I left for work.

Awesome Chris!!!

Well I made a little headway...finished the king size bedrunner with the Christmas blocks.  The queen size is quilted and I just need binding...that is next.  Yippee!  To be followed up with the Snowman blocks.  Maybe next week I can do that one.

I did get my “century” quilt quilted.  This one was started in 1999 LOL...I have embellishments to add and the binding.  I would say this is a REAL UFO....
