Good luck Colleen! I get to start pain management in a couple weeks. It's been a long 3 months since my back surgery. A friend is helping put in my veggie garden. She does the work and I supervise!

Did I miss a whole month here? Feels like it. It’s been a ( strange) 6 weeks or so.
I finally get to start going back to physical therapy and speech therapy on Monday I’m looking forward to getting back . Maybe I will be able to catch up with everything

I hope everyone is doing well through this ( stuff)

Melanie - my sister is married to a pastor and the folks of their church made something similar for them a few years ago.  It is a HUGE quilt. Lois hangs it over the upstairs banister and folds it a different way every week so over time they get to see all the blocks.  She said three different ladies worked on putting the blocks together and quilting it because it was so big.

I hope yours isn't THAT much work, but I know it's a labor of love.  I do like the colors you've picked for it.

I need to check in to your conversations more often!  I have been working on the Impossible Mission blocks and have finished through April.  Now I need to let some ideas germinate for May.  I've also been quilting a rainbow colored table runner that is almost done.  My batting for the Splendid Sampler quilt that I JUST (finally) finished arrived yesterday, so I have to figure out where I can sandwich it and get started quilting on it.  I love being retired and able to sew a lot!

Hope you will post a finished project for your pastor, Melanie.

A neighbor gave me some face masks like those. They don't make be feel so clautrophobic as the ones the doctor gave me.

Also doing face masks for my daughter and her coworkers who have just been ordered to wear cloth masks in the lab and while driving.  She delivers nuclear medicine to labs and hospitals.

Here's  my mask...
