Beautiful words for Kathy, Zoe.

So sorry the box hasn't arived yet. I had a tracking # so it should have gone 1st class even though it wasn't in a priority box. I sent it, I think Saturday the 7th. I was expecting it would have been there by Friday of the next week at best. Yes, I think it went the scenic route!! I do hope it arrives before Christmas. Zoe, I am also sorry that I did not wrap everything in side. If it is going under the tree it would have been nice for each item to be wrapped. So sorry.

Zoe, what a lovely sentiment in that poem. Looks like your box decided to tour the country & take the scenic route, since you're not openning it until until next week anyways.

Barbara I was concerned about my special box, Linda gave me the tracking number and it is still on it's way here.. yes, I found out you are my Special Secret Santa Sister ( now, we have ssss) lol !  Or is it Special Secret Santa Sister Sewer, which would then be SSSSS. Or Sew Special Secret Santa  Thank you !!

I will let you know when it arrives, but I will not be opening any gifts till Christmas.

Kathy, I copied this to send to a few people I know who lost mothers, dad, and best friends.  I know it was very hard on my mom 10 years ago about this time when we found out my older brother died. I am so sorry for your loss.  I lost two dear friends this year, but nothing compares to the loss of your child.

Kathy, this has to be hard on you and your family.  You hang in there.  Thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time and as you move forward with your own challenges.

Open your parcel when you are ready, there are no rules here.

I haven't heard if my sss received her box??? I'm assuming that she has and  is opening it on Christmas.

So sorry for your loss, Kathy.

Has everyone now received their parcels?

Kathy, that  makes the holiday season so hard for families with losses. Remembering happier times in past is bittersweet.

Kathy, you can open your package when ever it suits you.

My package arrived today. Are we picking are own opening day?

This year it seems to have hit everyone's families with something. My year started with my 39 year old daughter with stomach cancer, after a few chemo treatments it seemed to be going good, them boom it went down hill. She passed on March 19, I miss her terribly, having a hard time getting through the holidays.
