Good compression fracture. It's a go for the next temporary nerve block next week.

Tomorrow I'm heading to Omaha Zoo and then the Bloomfield, CO with son-in-law and granddaughters. Hope to make a 'quick stop' at some quilt shops. Looked up online, didn't find many in the areas I'm going.

Hope everyone is on the healing end of injuries.

Carla, Thank you for the advice.  I have a friend who suffers from nephropathy, maybe this could help her.  We worry so when she wears her sandals in the snow and ice.

Everybody, please get better.

Zoe, i developed plantar faciitis early last Spring. Omg! It is so horribly painful. I also had neuropathy in my feet. I bought some insoles from i got the M100. They were 75.00 insoles but they got rid of both the plantar and my neuropathy!! I have used them ever since and have not had another issue with my feet. If you get some please do follow the break in instructions! They will make your back sore if you don't. They are well worth the money.

Ladies, get well !!

Colleen, I realize you might not see this, but I sure hope you heal fast. Are you at home or in rehab?

Kathy, I hope all is better now.

Beth, I love the dress you made, so pretty !!

Kathy, I am sorry you have these health issues. I know you keep doing all you can to feel better and deal with each new challenge that comes your way.

I started following Keto now, It has helped me feel much better and have more energy, and I have lost a few pounds. I will get excited when 10 pounds are off, then I will only have 60 to go, not sure how this all happened. I am enjoying my new treadmill, it is so quite. It is a Spirit, I developed Planters Fascitis, about 3 months ago, it is so painful-- one reason for trying to get the weight off.  I am trying not to allow it to slow me down, but it does. I am getting some shoes soon that are supposed to help- so I am thrilled !  If I had the money, I would go get surgery though.
