Mary, thanks anyway. Shipping costs are so expensive these days. I have plenty of fabric for the quilt-a-thon...and batting.  After the January kennel quilt workshop I had, a long arm quilter in Indianapolis sent me 2 large cartons of batting leftovers. I've barely put a dent in it after 30+ kennel quilts so far. What a blessing!

Thank you everyone for the well wishes. This morning I made 4+ dozen cookies. Indy and I walked up to the fire dept. and took them to the firemen/EMTs. Still have a lot of pain in my hip but have to keep moving. Waiting for the insurance to approve a machine (Oska Pulse) that fibro patients are having success with. I have a friend with fibro and psoriatic arthritis who had been a wheel chair for several years. With the Osaka Pulse usage after a year or so, now walks 4 miles a day! So can you imagine how well I could be doing!! On my good days Indy and I walk almost 2 miles.

Oh Linda, Take care.

I wish I could afford to mail you some on sale fabric I couldn't resist at the quilt show.  I need to take it on my next veterinarian visit, as it is covered with doggie doggie doctors, nurses, aides, and other helpers.  It is heavier than usual quilting fabric...so I thought I would ask them what they would like.  A curtain, ball caps, a vest or apron, recovery pads???

Linda, I am so sorry to hear about the fibro attack. Please take it easy. Prayers for healing.

This doggone weather has had me laid up. It can't make up it's mind if it's going to be sunny and warm or cold and rainy. This week cool and rainy has won out. As a result I ended up in the ER early Sunday morning with stroke symptoms. Turned out I was having a major fibro attack. Doctor has increased my bp meds, taken me off sinus meds with decongestants, increased migraine meds, and given me a shot in the back side for pain. I have a kennel quilt-a-thon this weekend so hope I'm feeling better.

If I'm not able to get to the spool project, I have some I made at Christmas that I'll try to dig out. They turned out cute.

It is now time to vote for your favorite Impossible Mission entries for April.  So far we have 2 entries, from Beth and Linda.  Send me a message with your vote for your favorite potholder.  The winner will be announced on June first.  If there is anyone still wishing to enter, get your picture posted today.  Good Luck to everyone.

Spending too much time in Doctor's waiting rooms, so knitting projects are all that are getting done.  I did find some goodies for my SSS at the quilt show last week!

No time yet to work on thread spool project.  Garden season is upon us and since I can't put it in back yard anymore, hubby decision, I have to fill up my garden beds and get them planted.

Don't forget, Tuesday is the last day to post your pictures of your April Impossible Mission potholders.  Voting will begin on Wednesday.  I apologize if my previous post was a little confusing, I got my dates mixed up.  I can't wait to see what everyone has done.  Has anyone started working on their thread spool project?  I have seen what creative ladies are in this group, so I can't wait to see what you come up with.
