New to Quilting

I just started teaching myself quilting last summer-recently finished my first full size quilt. Am now experimenting with different quilt blocks before starting a new one. Have used youtube videos to get me started. Still a LONG way to go! lol I live in the Mars Hill area of NC.

You tube is a great way to learn and they have awesome ideas . I learned how to paper piece on you tube. Congratulations on your quilt.

I taught myself to quilt as well. YouTube and Google are my best friends! Congrats on finishing your first quilt! Please show us some pictures so we can admire it!
