I am working on a "Keyhole" jelly roll quilt, it is fast and easy, I find most of these quilts mindless, which is good. Most of my day is spent in front of a computer, when I get home I want to look…Continue

I love Jelly Rolls! I mean they are color coordinated, pre-cut and ready to go ....who wouldn't love 'em. But like all cotton fabrics they have become quite pricey...and my local quilt shops don't…Continue

Just a FYI...
I see the Fat Quarter Shop's blog has the video tutorial "Jelly Roll Jam" for making two quilts from one Jelly Roll. Other video lessons available too. They have a huge amount of fabric 20%-50% off. I love shopping there:)
Has anyone gone to the Missouri Star Quilt tutorials on Utube? They offer several good suggestion on using pre-cut bundles.
Hello everyone, I have only been working with Jelly rolls for a short period but I'm finding them to be more versatile than I first thought. I'm looking forward to swapping ideas with other members of this group.
Hi all our group swaps 2 1/2" Batik strips http://myquiltplace.com/group/batik-strip-swap?xg_source=activity. We have been busy since October and now have over 300 strips traded so if you are interested join in and ask for a color group.
I own several jelly rolls - have used a few just to make pieces for a scrappy quilt - but am now considering making a quilt using just jelly rolls and either charm packs or cake layers. I have several books that have patterns for these - since I would love to make a green quilt for my husband - and there are some gorgeous green jelly rolls out there - thought this might be the time. What do you think?
Have any of you tried honey buns? I like the variation in using 2 1/2 and also 1 1/2 inch strips. Unfortunately I haven't found any solid color or color on color 1 1/2". I find it difficult, physically, to cut long strips.
I just started working with Jelly Rolls this year and I am in love! Just recently finished MQ6 on Quilters Club of America website/groups. I used my first Jelly Roll for it and liked it so much, I've started another one. And I joined the Fat Quarter Shop's monthly Jelly Roll Club!
Cindy, It is called "Jelly Roll 1600 Races" I think I actually found it right here on My Quilt Place. It was some time ago on Jelly Roll Quilts Page. Utube also has it I believe.
Alexe, the quilt you are showing is what I'm talking about. Is there a name for the pattern?
