Hi Everyone,  I am new to the group and find embroidery very pretty.  I do some machine embroidery with my Bernina and some hand embroidery on crazy quilt blocks and such.  I also like silk ribbon embroidery.  That is great on crazy quilt blocks as well.

I like hand embroidery, but have never done a stamped quilt block.  I am not even sure where to buy something like that.  Do you have a source, that you buy from?

Hi Theresa, I used to have issues with my satin stitch too. The trick that worked for me was to begin in the centre of the design and the gradually move to the sides.  Sharon B's blog Pin Tangle is an excellent source of learning embroidery. Hope this helps.
