Hello ladies, I am new to the group as well as MQP. I also am expecting my 1st grand baby in Aug...a grandson. I will, of course, be making his quilt. My daughter has requested a jungle theme. I have also, in the pas,t made a lot of baby quilts for charity.

the fabric itself was block printed with all the different patterns, I had to buy it, it was just so darn cute

How cute is that?!!  I'm not at all surprised that it sold quickly.  Was it a print that had several different patches or did you piece several patches together for Sue's body and bonnet?  Either way, it's an adorable quilt!  Thanks for sharing!

I do have a pic of it..

Ok I can't find the full size one, but here's a couple of the sue's..I loved that the skulls had heart shaped eyes and bows on their heads, lol. I have a different pink skull that I've been meaning to do another one out of, I just haven't gotten to it yet.

found it!

I posted the quilt on UFO's .. it's still waiting to be quilted. I'm muddling my way through Leah Day before I touch it -- but I will, was going to finish the videos tonight but I can't breathe -- still working on breathing ..

Love the quilts Karen :D

I love ALL of these.  The little pink quilt is so femimine and the aqua one with baby buggies is really cute for a boy!  My grandson loves dinosaurs, so he would have loved seeing that one too!  Love the attic window look of the pattern.
