So has this topic died?
Yeah it was back when you made a template and traced it onto the fabric. It is all wonky, I have taken it apart and am recutting it, it is turning out much nicer. It was just a flying geese pattern, with lots of flying geese.
30 years colette? I hope that one gets done and for sure share it!
Great idea. I am currently working on two UFO. One is only a year old, the other is 30 years old.
I don't mind if you use it in an upcoming post. On thing I didn't mention is that I tried to design the block placement on the backing so that it would NOT stack on the seams for the quilt front and add bulk. Does that make sense?
I love it Diane-- I will stick it in a post coming up. is that ok? thanks for sharing. I am always looking for new ways to use up those UFO's.
I recently created a quilt back using some orphan blocks. I blogged about it here.
