I know we all live to quilt, but what could
Be better than to make a quilt with love
And give it to a child who is going through
A horrible time in their life.
Check this site and see if there is a chapter
Near you. Www.binkypatrol.org
If you only donate 1 you still make
A difference.

Spirit Quilts is a not for profit quilters group ran as a ministry by the Arkansas Spiritual Center located in Beebe, AR.  We make baby and lap quilts for those needing them.  We visit the nursing  home and seek out patients who do not have  family in the area. So far we have given away over 100 quilts.  We seek donations of scraps, cotton and batting, but also are allowed by the IRS to accept cash.  Basically we beg for every pice we can get.  We buy most fabric from a wholesale store for $1 a yard and have a longarm quilter who donates batting  often. It is fun and keeps us busy but we need more donations of all kinds.
