I have started my Asian fabric quilt. Have 15 quarters done and it is going well.  I was on a roll today, then got a request to make a quilt (top only) for a young lady who does handylady things for me. This week she did some plumbing. So glad we were introduced to her. Anyway, she brought a lap-size quilt that she and her husband just love. It is a modified Courthouse- steps pattern and made with a scrappy look in all medium tones. She asked if I'd make a king-size for her. She will have it quilted by a local longarm quilter. We will go shopping for her fabric this Saturday. What fun! Buying fabric with someone else's money. lolol
