hi gail, just visited your blog, couldn't post a comment so i'm bringing it here :))

"hi ...that nelco is a treasure, and yes, it can be found online. if interested i can share some links to vintage machine sites. there's also a thread on a quilting social networking site like my quilt place. it's called the Quilt Board. lots of fun & interesting info in the vintage machines thread, probably useless to those of us who don't collect vintage machines, but fun info anyway! also great info on cleaning, maintenance, refinishing the cabinets etc."

Of course a new friend.

North San Juan is about and hour and a half North East of Sacramento in the High (well only 4000 ft) Sierras.  I'm lucky to get to the local small shows.  But I did get a quilt into Paduca once...and would love to try again.

Very pretty website.

Hi again.  When you are ready to post a photo of the lighthouse embroidery you are starting, post it from the photo tab at the top of your page.  That way we will see it on the home page and others can see it too.

The lighthouse quilt I made for my hubby.  He loves lighthouses, and the pictures are of lighthouses on the Oregon coast.  He loves this one too.

Hi Gail, spread or quilt.  It is something you made and that makes it special.  We love to see pictures of what others are doing.  Post some if you can.

Hello Gail, welcome to MQP. Hope you enjoy the site. There is a lot to see, many things to inspire, fun groups to join and friends to meet. I have made a couple of t-shirt quilts for friends.  Happy Quilting.
