Tell us about yourself

I made my first quilt when I was age 14 and since I grew up helping my mother make quilts, I have continued making them though out my life. My favorite quilting is done with silk and velvet with hand embroider. I also make and hand embroider pillows for weddings, etc.
I have displayed and was awarded many blue ribbons for them.
I am also our family historian and a volunteer genealogist for our local libraries.
