Tell us about yourself—as much or as little as you like.
First quilts made for granddaughters. Fell in love with fabric and taking classes. Have taken classes on dyeing, applique and machine quilting. Its taken over my life. Go back and forth from tradational quilting to Art quilts. Taking photos and transforming to quilts has become my passion
How many quilts have you made?
Do you want to make quilts, or simply enjoy them?
Both, love the making of them and seeing them finished
How long have you been a quilter?
What is your favorite quilting technique?
Applique, dyeing and painting fabric ... all, dont really have a favorite I like it all.
Why do you quilt?
It gives me pleasure to take pieces of fabric and transform them into something my mind sees and others enjoy
Happy birthday, Susan~I hope you have a wonderful day!
I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon. Since I don't have a guild to belong to I came to this site. I'm so glad I found it because I've met so many wonderful people! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful!
I'm a late bloomer with quilting; I started 6 years ago when I was 44. I sure wish I'd have discovered it sooner! It's the most wonderful hobby I've ever had!
Your watercolor quilts are fabulous!
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and happy birthday!
