I'm Bridget and I live in Seaside, Oregon. I started quilting 6 years ago after I retired. I was hooked after the first one and sure wish I'd learned sooner! I was just never interested in sewing of any kind.

Hello Paty,
Thank you for the kind comment about my applique quilt. To answer your question, I'm not sure that blanket stitch would work well on this quilt, but you could always try a test block. The pattern is called, " Floral Applique" by Janine Franzke. I found the pattern in a copy of Australian Patchwork and Quilting magazine from May 2002. Good luck. :)
